Will they arrive before Christmas?
Order by November 22 and yours is under the tree on December 24 anywhere in the continental US. Every pair is made to order, so your exact arrival window is shown on the product page before you buy.
Why is each pair made to order?
Because your pair does not exist until you order it. Each pair is made to order, checked, and shipped to you with tracking. You can cancel any time before it ships for a full refund.
What sizes do you make?
US Women 5 to 11, US Men 8 to 13 and Baby 0 to 24 months in every character. Baby sizes come in Classic only, with no heated insole. The fit runs true to size; if you are between sizes, go up.
Can I take the hat off?
Yes. Every hat clips to the strap. Swap it for a seasonal kit, or wear the clog plain in January.
How does the Hug Edition heat up?
A slim rechargeable insole with a carbon-fibre heating panel in the forefoot, three heat levels and a wireless remote. Up to 8 hours per charge, USB-C.
What if they do not fit?
Swap them for another size, free, within 30 days of delivery. Email hello@merryclogz.com and we send the label. If your pair arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we refund it in full.
