Shipping policy
Every pair of Merry Clogz is made to order after you buy it, then shipped to you with tracking. Your exact arrival window is shown on the product page before you buy.
Christmas delivery (US)
US orders placed by November 22, 2026 arrive by December 24, 2026. Orders placed after that date arrive after Christmas.
Delivery times
- United States: the arrival window shown on the product page, which includes the time to make your pair and transit.
- Canada: the same making time plus standard transit.
- International (UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and most of Western Europe): 10 to 21 business days of transit once your pair is made.
- International (other supported countries): 14 to 28 business days of transit once your pair is made.
Christmas delivery dates apply to the US only.

Rates are set in Canadian dollars and converted to your currency at checkout. You see the exact shipping cost before you pay. Express shortens transit once your pair ships; it does not shorten the time to make it.
Tracking
You get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country when they arrive. These charges are set by your local customs office and are paid by the recipient.
Address changes and problems
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us before your order ships. If your parcel is delayed, damaged in transit or goes missing, email hello@merryclogz.com and we will sort it out with the carrier.
